Location: the hotel was near to Blue Lotus. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Our room was well equipped with a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe, and the private bathroom had a nice bath.

The staff here are excellent and well-trained. From check-in to restaurant and housekeeping, they were efficient and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The manager gave personal attention to the guests and even arranged gluten-free bread for us without prior request. The facilities and grounds were exceptionally well-maintained, and the food served was magnificent. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, with beautiful ponds and lotus flowers adding a magical touch. The hotel also offered free yoga in the spa area, which was a unique and relaxing experience. the service, ambiance, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

The hotel's breakfast was great and very tasty with many options available, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and street food stands within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of activities available to keep me entertained.

My room did not live up to my expectations. The bath had a leak, making it unusable, and the room was infested with mosquitos due to being located near a bamboo forest.

The location of the hotel is peaceful, surrounded by ponds and flowers. The staff is well-trained, efficient, and friendly, with the manager taking good care of the guests. Free yoga in the spa area is a plus, with wooden decks and serene water life underneath. the breakfast quality is great and the room smells clean.

It is disappointing that the hotel does not ensure the privacy of the guests. One of the staff disclosed what room an individual is staying in without consent.

The breakfast was great, with a lot of choices for all. The staff was friendly and willing to help at any hour. The hotel had a convenient location near the beach, with a beautiful sea view. The facilities were beautifully designed, and the pool was well maintained.

The outside floor around the pool and in some rooms were slippery when wet, which might lead to falls. in some rooms, the bathtub had a leak, which prevented us from enjoying a relaxing bath.

I experienced a slip at the pool villa due to the slippery outside floor. Fortunately, no major injuries occurred. However, this issue needs to be addressed for the safety of guests.

Although the fruit juices at breakfast were not freshly made, the overall breakfast had a variety of pastries and food options.
